Auto Care Software is available both online in the cloud or on premises on local computers. Cloud based databases can be moved to on premises computers and visa versa. The software features, look and feel in both cases are identical. A regular automatic backup is made several times everyday in order to keep your data safe.

Auto Care Software Lite is for businesses, who want to be able to create Sales and Purchase invoices, create Quotations, do Bookings, print Statements including BAS statement, keep vehicle information, look up service history, send out next service reminders, but don’t want to do their accounting in Auto Care Software.

Auto Care Standard

Standard version includes everything from the Lite version but additionally it has a powerful integrated General Ledger and Bank Reconciliation. This version also enables you to enter general expenses and miscellaneous incomes to your system.

Auto Care Premium

Auto Care Software Premium has all the features of Lite and Standard versions plus features like Internet Banking, Internal Jobs module, Job-Time recording module, Caplink payments module for Preferred Capricorn Suppliers and Cost Centres.


Auto Care Cloud

Your Auto Care database is in the cloud and can be accessed through the Internet from anywhere in the world.

A small program runs on your Windows Tablet, Laptop or Desktop computer and your data is saved in the cloud.

Integrated Point of Sales Module

Auto Care Software has an optional integrated Point of Sale module for counter sale

Integrated Payroll Module

It also has an optional Payroll module for controlling and processing employee wages.

Auto Care private Mini Cloud

Auto Care Mini Cloud allows you to access your Auto Care database in your workshop from anywhere you can connect to the Internet - from home and mobile laptop computers to your accountant’s office.
